Cancellation Policy

Full payment is required at the time of booking, and training dates are only confirmed once payment has been received. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or non-attendance within six weeks of the course date. A postponement fee applies, being R1 600 for advanced courses and R500 for BLS. Cancellations or postponements made more than six weeks before the course date qualify for a refund, excluding the cost of manuals or books if already issued. Invoices must be paid three to four weeks before the course date to allow for timely delivery of manuals in accordance with AHA requirements. Manuals are issued or released only once full payment has been received. For ACLS and PALS courses, a valid AHA BLS certificate must be submitted at registration, or BLS must be completed with us prior to attendance. Any instructor travel or accommodation costs, where applicable, are for the client’s account and are not included in the course fee. Certificates will only be issued once the student has attended all required sessions, successfully completed the theoretical and practical assessments, and all outstanding fees have been settled. Completion of any course does not alter the scope of practice of practitioners registered with the HPCSA or SANC.
